• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the resin epoxy castings after they have dried, facilitating quick drying of the resin epoxy castings in a high-temperature environment ranging from approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container, mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardened within 24 hours. It will have a glass-like finish in 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, while some of our models can last between 20-25 uses.
    • Proper care and usage methods, as well as cleanliness procedures, can help prolong the lifespan of your mold.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the glossiness of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy residues.
    • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
