Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be removed from the resin epoxy castings quickly after they have dried, maintaining a high temperature resistance of approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment. Our silicone molds are also reusable and not one-time resin molds. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many fields and can create differences in many industries depending on your imagination. Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and slowly mix until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It will be touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will have a scratch-resistant glass-like surface after 48 hours.

Important note:
The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 uses, while for some models, it is between 20-25 uses. Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan. We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves the shine of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan. Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids. Never clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
