The general mold usage life is usually 10 times, in some of our models, it can be 20-25 times.
Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
We recommend using mold release spray, as this spray or wax varnish helps maintain the mold's shine and ensures a longer lifespan.
Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids that remain on the mold.
Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-release molds, allowing the product to be removed after drying. They can withstand high temperatures, around 200 to 300 degrees, providing a quick drying process for epoxy resin casts.

Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Epoxy resin molds can be used in various fields, creating differences in many sectors based on your imagination.
Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container, mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 10-15 minutes. The stirring stick should create a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container.
Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely hardens within 24 hours.
It reaches a glass-like state in 48 hours.
