• Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to separate, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, providing a quick setting for resin epoxy pours that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many fields and can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Mix 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener in a container and slowly stir until no air bubbles remain. Stir thoroughly for 10-15 minutes in a right-to-left, left-to-right, and bottom-to-top motion. During stirring, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after approximately 6 hours, completely hardens within 24 hours, and turns into a glass-like state within 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of molds is 10, but some of our model molds can last between 20-25 uses.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage methods and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the glossiness of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy residues.
    • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
