Heart Epoxy Comb Mold Set

• The heart comb epoxy mold is a mold used to make combs with epoxy resin. The mold is usually made of silicone and follows the shape and size of the comb handle.

• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, and can withstand temperatures between approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, ensuring rapid curing of resin epoxy pours. Our silicone molds are also reusable, non-disposable resin molds that can be used multiple times. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing rod should create a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable in about 6 hours. It fully hardens within 24 hours and becomes glass-like within 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of molds is 10 uses, while some of our models can be used between 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and using it properly, including cleaning processes, can prolong its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves the mold shine and extends its usage life.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids.
    • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
