Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable molds, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, approximately between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius, creating a quick curing process for resin epoxy pours. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable molds, not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many fields and can create variations in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. A homogeneous mixture should be achieved by touching the mixing stick to the bottom and sides of the container during mixing. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It will be touchable by hand after about 6 hours.

It will completely harden within 12 hours.

It will acquire a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours.

• Important warning:

  • The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, but some of our mold models can be used between 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help you extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's shine and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
