Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the product after it dries. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures between an average of 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy casts. Our silicone molds are also reusable, not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many fields and can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the stirring stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Allow the mixture to rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours.

It completely hardens within 12 hours.

It achieves a scratch-resistant glass-like state in 48 hours.

• Important warning:

  • The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 uses, while for some mold models it can be 20-25 uses.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help you prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's glossiness and ensure a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids and molds.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
