Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to remove, meaning they can be taken out after the product has dried. These resin epoxy molds allow for quick drying in resin epoxy casts, with a high heat resistance of around 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, suitable for a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Our resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. You can touch it with your hand after approximately 6 hours. It completely hardens in 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

  • The general lifespan of molds is usually 10, but some of our mold models can last between 20-25 uses.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning steps can prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold shine and ensure a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
