Crystal Epoxy Resin Mold

Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, enabling quick curing of resin epoxy pours at high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius, in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, not one-time-use resin molds. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many different fields, can create variations in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and fully hardens within 12 hours. It acquires a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours.

Important warning:

• The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, but some of our mold models can be used between 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the gloss of the mold and ensure a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids and residues.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
