Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, maintaining a high heat resistance between approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, allowing for quick curing of resin epoxy pours. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Our resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many different fields, depending on your imagination, can create variations in many sectors. Currently, we have more than 600 models of resin epoxy molds in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix the solution thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top, ensuring a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable after approximately 6 hours and fully hardened within 12 hours. It will achieve a scratch-resistant glass-like state within 48 hours.

Important Notice:

• The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, while some of our models can be used for 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves the mold's shine and extends its lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
