Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-release molds, which can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees, in a hot environment, allowing resin epoxy casts to dry quickly and be removed after drying. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should reach the bottom and edges of the container to provide a homogeneous mixture. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable by hand in about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It acquires a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours.

  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
