• It is a mold used in natural soap casting.

• Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily separable molds used in resin epoxy castings, which can withstand high temperatures between approximately 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment, ensuring fast curing of the product after drying. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. With over 600 models currently available in Turkey, resin epoxy molds can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix the mixture thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should create a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container. Allow the mixture to rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable after about 6 hours and completely harden within 12 hours. It will have a scratch-resistant glass-like surface in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• • Important Warning:

    • The general lifespan of the mold is typically 10 uses, while some of our models can be used 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning methods can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains mold gloss and ensures a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
