Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy casts. These molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius, in a hot environment after the product has dried. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different areas, creating variations in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have over 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the stirring stick should create a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It achieves a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective cleaning material for removing epoxy residues.
• Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
