Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to separate, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius, enabling rapid drying of resin epoxy casts. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many areas and can create variations in different sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, in Turkey, we have over 600 resin epoxy mold models available.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and slowly mix until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable by hand after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance within 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves mold glossiness and ensures a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids.
• Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
