Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be taken out after the product has dried. This resin epoxy mold can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees, in a hot environment, enabling quick drying of resin epoxy casts.

Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use resin molds. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields, creating differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container, stir slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir thoroughly for 10 - 15 minutes in a back and forth, left to right, and bottom to top motion. Homogeneous mixing should be achieved, reaching the bottom and sides of the container with the mixing stick. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable in about 6 hours and completely hardened within 24 hours. It will reach a glass-like state in 48 hours.

  • The general lifespan of molds is 10 uses, while some of our models can last between 20-25 uses.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains mold glossiness and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
