Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the mold after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, ensuring fast curing of resin epoxy pours in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 models of resin epoxy molds in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and from bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. A homogeneous mixture should be achieved by touching the mixing stick to the bottom and sides of the container during mixing. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and fully hardens within 12 hours. It obtains a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• The general lifespan of molds is 10 uses, while some of our model molds can be used between 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's shine and ensure a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy residues.
• Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
