• Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried in resin epoxy casts, maintaining a high temperature resistant to heat between an average of 200 to 300 degrees in a warm environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use only resin molds that can be utilized in many fields, creating variations in different sectors based on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 measures of resin to 1 measure of hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 10 - 15 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable in about 6 hours and completely hardens within 24 hours. It reaches a glass-like state in 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, while some of our model molds can be used for 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's shine and ensures a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy residues.
    • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
