• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy-to-remove molds that allow for quick drying in resin epoxy castings, which can be removed after the product has dried, and can withstand high temperatures between an average of 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment. Our silicone molds are also reusable, not for one-time use only. Epoxy resin molds can be used in many areas and can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination.

• Instructions: Mix 2 parts resin with 1 part hardener in a container, stirring slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 10-15 minutes. The mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours, completely hardens within 24 hours, and turns into a glass-like state within 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 uses, while some of our model molds can be used up to 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, which helps maintain mold shine and ensures a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
    • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
