Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to remove, meaning they can be taken out after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that allow for quick drying in resin epoxy pours, with a high heat resistance capable of withstanding temperatures between approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.
- Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should create a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable after about 6 hours and completely harden within 24 hours. It will reach a glass-like state in 48 hours.

Important note:
- The general lifespan of the mold is around 10 uses, but some of our models can be used 20-25 times.
- Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
- We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold shine and ensure long-term use.
- Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
- Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
