Epoxy Resin Mold - Ring Mold - 42

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be removed from the resin epoxy castings after they have dried, allowing for quick curing of resin epoxy castings in environments with high temperatures ranging from approximately 200 to 300 degrees. Also, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different fields and can create variations in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 models of resin epoxy molds in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix the components thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and edges of the container to provide a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It can be touched by hand after about 6 hours and fully hardens within 12 hours. It becomes scratch-resistant and glass-like after 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important reminder:

Generally, the lifespan of a mold is around 10 uses, but some of our models can be used for 20-25 times. Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan. We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves the gloss of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan. Non-alcohol wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy residues. Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
