Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, allowing for quick curing of epoxy resin pours that can withstand high temperatures ranging from approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use only. Epoxy resin molds can be used in many different areas and can create distinctions in various sectors based on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 epoxy resin mold models available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will achieve a scratch-resistant glass-like finish within 48 hours.

Important note:
The general lifespan of molds is usually around 10 uses, but some of our models can last between 20-25 uses. Taking good care of your mold, as well as the way you use it and cleaning procedures, can help prolong its lifespan. We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves mold glossiness and ensures a longer lifespan. Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning and removing epoxy residues. Never clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
