Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to separate, meaning they can be removed from the product after it has dried. These resin epoxy molds ensure fast drying in resin epoxy castings, as they can withstand high temperatures ranging from approximately 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment. In addition, our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 portions of resin to 1 portion of hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix from right to left, left to right, and from bottom to top for about 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should create a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes and pour it into the mold to let it dry. It will be touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will achieve a scratch-resistant glass-like state within 48 hours.

Generally, the shelf life is around 10 times, but for some mold models, it can be between 20-25 times.

Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.

We recommend using mold release spray, which maintains the gloss of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan. Alcohol-free wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.

Absolutely do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
