Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures of around 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment, ensuring rapid curing of resin epoxy pours. Also, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different fields and can create variety in different sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 models of resin epoxy molds available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It achieves a scratch-resistant glass-like state within 48 hours.

Important warning:
In general, the mold lifespan is around 10 uses, but some of our mold models can last between 20-25 uses. Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help extend its lifespan. We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves the shine of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan. Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids. Never clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
