Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that allow rapid curing in resin epoxy casts, capable of withstanding high temperatures in the range of approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment.

Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds that can be used in many fields can create variations in different sectors depending on your imagination.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes, alternating stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Allow the mixture to rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 24 hours. It reaches a glass-like state in 48 hours.

• Important note:

  • The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, but some of our models can be used between 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the shine and prolong the lifespan of the mold.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
