Terazzo Coaster Resin Epoxy and Concrete Mold - Code 115

Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning the product can be removed after it has dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, which ensures quick drying of resin epoxy pours in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. These resin epoxy molds can create variations in many sectors depending on your creativity. Currently, we have more than 600 models of resin epoxy molds in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener in a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left and from bottom to top. The mixing rod should create a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable after approximately 6 hours and fully hardened within 12 hours. It will acquire a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important Notice:

• The general lifespan of molds is around 10 uses, but some of our models can be used 20-25 times.
• Proper care and usage methods, as well as cleaning procedures, can extend the lifespan of your molds.
• We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold gloss and ensures a longer lifespan.
• For cleaning, non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for removing epoxy residues.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
