Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to remove, meaning they can be taken out after the product has dried, enabling quick drying of resin epoxy casts in a hot environment with an average temperature of 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. A homogeneous mixture should be provided by touching the mixing rod to the bottom and sides of the container during mixing. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 times, but in some models, it can be 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's gloss and ensure a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
• Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
