Epoxy Resin Round Tray Mold - 30cm

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius, ensuring rapid curing of resin epoxy pours in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Instructions: 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener are poured into a container and slowly stirred until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. A homogeneous mixture should be achieved by touching the mixing stick to the bottom and sides of the container during stirring. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It can be touched by hand after about 6 hours and will completely harden within 12 hours. It will become scratch-resistant like glass in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Important Warning:

  • The general lifespan of molds is usually 10 times, but for some mold models, it can be between 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and using it properly, including cleaning procedures, can help you use it for a longer time.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's gloss and ensures a longer lifespan. Wet wipes that are not alcohol-based are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol and solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
