Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be taken out after the product has dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures, typically around 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, which allows for quick curing of resin epoxy castings. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. With over 600 models currently available in Turkey, resin epoxy molds can create a variety of differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes in a back and forth, up and down motion to ensure a homogeneous mixture that touches the bottom and sides of the container. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will achieve a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours.

The general lifespan of the mold is around 10 uses, but some models can be used 20-25 times.

Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.

We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves the mold's shine and ensures a longer lifespan.

For cleaning, use non-alcohol-based wet wipes, as they are effective in removing epoxy residues.

Never clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
