Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-release molds that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, promoting rapid curing of resin epoxy casts that can be removed after the product has dried. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should create a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and edges of the container. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It acquires a scratch-resistant glass-like state in 48 hours.

  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish, which maintains mold shine and prolongs its lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
