Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily removable molds suitable for resin epoxy castings, which allow the product to be removed after it has dried, capable of withstanding high temperatures around 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment, enabling the resin epoxy to dry quickly. Also, our silicone molds are multi-use molds that are not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds that can be used in many areas can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should create a homogeneous mixture by touching the bottom and sides of the container. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes and pour it into the mold to dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It acquires a scratch-resistant glass-like surface in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important warning:

The general lifespan of molds is 10 uses, while some of our mold models can be used up to 20-25 times. Proper care and usage methods, as well as cleaning procedures, can help you prolong the lifespan of your mold. We recommend using mold release spray, as this spray or wax varnish maintains the gloss of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan. Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids. Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
