• Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to demold, meaning they can be easily removed after the product has dried, maintaining a high heat resistance temperature of around 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy pours.
• Our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use resin molds. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different fields and can create variations in many industries depending on your imagination.
• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir thoroughly for 10 - 15 minutes in a back and forth, left to right, and bottom to top motion. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and fully hardens within 24 hours. It reaches a glass-like state in 48 hours.

  • The general lifespan of molds is usually around 10 uses, but some of our models can last between 20-25 uses.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, which helps maintain mold shine and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Only the mold will be sent, metals are not included.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective way to clean epoxy residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
