Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning that they can be removed from the resin epoxy castings quickly after drying, maintaining a high heat resistance in a hot environment of around 200 to 300 degrees, allowing the resin epoxy to cure rapidly.
Our silicone molds are reusable, not for single-use resin molds. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields, creating differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.
Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10 - 15 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing,

the mixing stick should touch the bottom and edges of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture.
Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. 
It becomes touchable after about 6 hours. It fully hardens within 24 hours.
It takes on a glass-like form within 48 hours.

• Important notice:

The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, but for some models, it can be 20-25 uses.

Taking good care of your mold and using it properly, including cleaning procedures, can extend its lifespan.

We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold glossiness and ensure long-term use.

Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids from silicone molds.

Absolutely do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
