Round Key Resin Epoxy Mold

• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the resin epoxy castings quickly after they have dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius, ensuring rapid curing of resin epoxy in a hot environment.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes in a back-and-forth, side-to-side, and up-and-down motion. Ensure a homogeneous mixture by touching the mixing stick to the bottom and sides of the container. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely hardens within 24 hours. It reaches a glass-like state in 48 hours.

    • The mold's average lifespan is generally 10 uses, but some of our models can be used up to 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage, cleaning procedures, and maintenance can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's shine and ensures a longer lifespan.
    • For cleaning, non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in removing epoxy residues.
    • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold's interior with your fingers.
