Toka Epoxy Silicone Mold - 938

Epoxy silicone resin injection molds are heat-resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, providing a quick drying process for resin epoxy casts that can withstand high temperatures ranging from around 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many different areas, can create variations in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 models of resin epoxy molds available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 measures of resin to 1 measure of hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix the mixture thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should create a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It can be touched by hand after approximately 6 hours and fully hardens within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance within 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Important Note:

  • The general lifespan of molds is typically 10 uses, but some of our mold models can be used up to 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains mold shine and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
