Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily detachable, meaning they can be removed from the resin epoxy castings after they have dried, ensuring rapid curing of resin epoxy castings in a hot environment with an average temperature range of 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Our resin epoxy molds can be used in many fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 models of resin epoxy molds in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It acquires a scratch-resistant glass-like surface within 48 hours. Color: Transparent

The general lifespan of molds is 10 uses, while some of our molds can be used between 20-25 times. Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan. We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves the mold's shine and ensures a longer lifespan. Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids. Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
