Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be taken out after the product has dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, to ensure fast curing of resin epoxy pours in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. With over 600 models available in Turkey, resin epoxy molds can create variations in many industries depending on your imagination.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. The mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable in about 6 hours and fully hardened within 12 hours. It will achieve a scratch-resistant glass-like state in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important notice:

The general lifespan of molds is around 10 uses, while some models can last between 20-25 uses. Taking good care of your mold, along with proper usage and cleaning procedures, can prolong its lifespan. We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves the mold's shine and ensures a longer lifespan. Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy residues. Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
