• Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, and they can withstand high temperatures ranging from approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, which allows for quick drying in resin epoxy casts.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not disposable resin molds. Resin epoxy molds can also be used in various fields, creating differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and stir slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture well for 10 - 15 minutes, alternating stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the stirring rod should touch the bottom and sides of the container to provide a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and allow it to dry. It will become touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardened within 24 hours. It will reach a glass-like state within 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 uses, while some of our model molds can be used between 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help you prolong its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's glossiness and ensure a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids from silicone molds.
    • Absolutely do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
