- Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable molds that enable quick drying of resin epoxy castings, capable of withstanding high temperatures around 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment after the product has dried. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable resin molds that can be used multiple times. Our resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many different fields, can create variations in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.
- Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and edges of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and leave it to dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It obtains a scratch-resistant glass-like state in 48 hours.

Important note:
- The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, while some of our mold models can be used 20-25 times.
- Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage methods and cleaning procedures can help you prolong its lifespan.
- We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves the gloss of the mold and extends its lifespan. Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids.
- Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
