Eye Epoxy Silicone Mold - Small - 14 x 5 mm

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius, creating a fast curing process for resin epoxy castings. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 models of resin epoxy molds in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes, stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the stirring stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It achieves a scratch-resistant glass-like state in 48 hours.

• Important Warning:

  • The general lifespan of molds is 10 uses, but some of our model molds can be used up to 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the gloss of the mold and ensure a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning and removing epoxy residues from silicone molds.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and refrain from touching the mold's interior with your fingers.
