Eye Epoxy Silicone Mold - Medium size - 16 x 6 mm

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, which means they can be removed after the product has dried. It is a resin epoxy mold that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, creating a fast curing environment for resin epoxy pours. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many fields, creating variations in different sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It becomes scratch-resistant like glass in 48 hours.

• Important warning:

  • The general lifespan of a mold is about 10 uses, but some of our mold models can be used 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's glossiness and ensure a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
