Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, and can withstand high temperatures of around 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment, enabling quick drying of resin epoxy casts. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create variations in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 500 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should create a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and edges of the container. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance within 48 hours.

• Important Notice:

  • The general lifespan of molds is 10 uses, but some of our models can be used up to 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's shine and prolongs its lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
