• Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, facilitating the quick drying of resin epoxy casts, maintaining an average high heat degree between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment.

• Our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use resin molds. Resin epoxy molds, which can also be used in many areas, can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for about 10-15 minutes. The mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to create a homogenous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 24 hours. It achieves a glass-like state in 48 hours.

    • The average lifespan of the mold is generally 10 times, but for some models, it can be between 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's shine and ensures a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
