• Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily removable molds that can withstand an average temperature of 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, allowing resin epoxy castings to dry quickly and be removed after drying.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many fields and can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts of resin to 1 part of hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to provide a homogeneous mixture.
  Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It will be touchable by hand in approximately 6 hours and fully hardened within 24 hours. It will reach a glass-like state in 48 hours.

• • Important warning:

    • The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, while some of our models can be used 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold glossiness and ensure a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids from silicone molds.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
