Dream Trap Resin Epoxy Mold

Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius, to ensure rapid drying of resin epoxy pours. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. With many possible applications, resin epoxy molds can bring innovation to various industries, depending on your imagination. Currently, we have over 600 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture from right to left, left to right, and up and down for about 2-3 minutes. Homogenize the mixture by touching the stirring stick to the bottom and sides of the container during mixing. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours and fully hardened within 12 hours. It will have a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours.

  • The general lifespan of molds is around 10 uses, while some of our models can last between 20-25 uses.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning methods can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the shine of the mold and prolongs its lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
