Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, which means they can be removed after the product has dried. These molds can withstand a high temperature range of about 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, allowing for rapid curing of resin epoxy pours in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not single-use resin molds. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different fields and can create variations in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have over 180 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture thoroughly for 2-3 minutes, alternating right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should create a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable by hand in about 6 hours and fully harden within 12 hours. It will reach scratch-resistant glass-like hardness in 48 hours.

  • The general lifespan of a mold is 10 uses, but some of our mold models can be used up to 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, wax, or varnish to maintain mold shine and ensure long-lasting use.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
