Letter Resin Epoxy Mold - Small - 14 x 14 cm

Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily removable, which means they can be removed after the product has dried, allowing for quick curing of resin epoxy casts, maintaining a high temperature range of approximately 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment. Also, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only resin molds. Resin epoxy molds can also be used in many areas and can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 measures of resin and 1 measure of hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and top to bottom. During mixing, the mixing stick should create a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and leave it to dry. It will be touchable by hand after about 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will acquire a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours.

  • The general mold lifespan is usually 10 times, but for some mold models, it can be between 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help you extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the gloss of the mold and ensure a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
