Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the resin epoxy casts after they have dried, enabling quick drying of resin epoxy casts in a high-temperature environment, typically between 200 and 300 degrees. Our silicone molds are also reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have over 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix vigorously from right to left, left to right, and from bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the stirring stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and allow it to dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It acquires a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Important warning:

  • The general lifespan of molds is usually 10 uses, but some of our models can be used 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold shine and ensure longer usability.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids from molds.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
