Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, and they can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius, creating a fast curing environment for resin epoxy pours. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors based on your imagination. Currently, we have over 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes in a back-and-forth, up-and-down motion to ensure a homogenous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable after approximately 6 hours and fully hardened within 12 hours. It will have a scratch-resistant glass-like finish within 48 hours.

• Important notice:

  • The general lifespan of a mold is around 10 uses, but some of our models can last between 20-25 uses.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves the mold's shine and extends its lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
