Round Epoxy Mold Tray Mold - 23 cm - T13

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the product after it has dried. These resin epoxy molds can withstand high temperatures, around 200 to 300 degrees, creating a fast curing process for resin epoxy casts. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part Catalyst into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10 - 15 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the stirring stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 24 hours. It takes on a glassy appearance within 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Important warning:

  • The general lifespan of the mold is usually around 10 uses, but some of our model molds can be used 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, which maintains the glossiness of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids and residues.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
