Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, maintaining a temperature of around 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment, ensuring rapid drying of resin epoxy castings. Our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many fields and can create variations in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have over 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable by hand in about 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will achieve a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours.

  • The general lifespan of molds is usually around 10 uses, but some of our mold models can last between 20-25 uses.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's shine and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective way to clean epoxy residues.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
